Client's Input:
Compass International positions itself as a single source for business service solutions. Compass provides customer support in business functions such as accounts receivable management, mailing services and teleservices.

My Role
Compass is made up of several departments, which can be overwhelming to the customer. To compensate, I designed an easy-to-navigate brochure that presented Compass and its services in smaller bits of information that would be easy to assimilate. I worked with the account manager to highlight Compass’ direct marketing services, customer service and accounts receivable management services. We also used images that depicted the business workplace and emphasized Compass’ promises to help a customer “Develop Opportunities,” “Maintain Relationships,” and “Increase Profitability.”
