Client's
Input:
The client is a public policy research center that provides Black state
legislators with the research and data so they may offer effective solutions
to issues confronting their constituents. The National Black Caucus was
established in 2001 and needed a Web presence.
My
Role:
I incorporated a Flash intro with music to communicate forward-thinking
and progressive leadership. To make the site easier to navigate, I broke
it up into five main categories, with subcategories that were accessible
either along left side or via a drop-down menu.
