The client is a public policy research center that provides Black state
legislators with the research and data so they may offer effective solutions
to issues confronting their constituents. They were established in 2001
and needed a Web presence.

Role:
Graphic design and development of a sister site to National Black Caucus
of State Legislatures. Included a Flash Intro.
